Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps says the country is preparing to unveil a new weapon described as the “father of all bombs,” adding to military tensions with the United States. Officials have released few details, leaving its design and capabilities unclear.
The announcement, made by IRGC spokesman Hossein Mohebi on October 21, came after U.S. President Donald Trump raised the possibility of using America’s powerful conventional MOAB bomb against Iranian nuclear facilities.
